Types of Insoles

Sidas custom insoles: These provide you with a personalised insole which is heat moulded directly to your foots profile to provide precise contact with your feet. We have a range of mouldable orthotics to cater for a various sports and activities. All our orthotics have a soft cushioned surface making them ideal for the active person. Our team of experts will guide you through the process of selecting the right orthotics for you based on your pain, activity, and footwear type. The cost of these insoles is £125 – £150.

Phits 3-D Printed custom insoles: These are the latest, fully custom and 3D printed, based on your personal dynamic gait. Unlike traditionally made custom insoles/orthotics, a Footscan is used, which uses over 4000 sensors to capture your gait pattern. Phits insoles are much more superior in quality, lightweight and far more durable. The cost of these insoles is £275 which incudes a full biomechanical assessment.

Semi-Custom – Off the shelf This is a great option for those on a budget. We use a range of Sidas insoles to help find something that will work for you. Based on the Sidas 3Feet® concept that categorises the foots characteristics into three different foot types: HIGH- arched feet MEDIUM- arched feet LOW- arched feet These insoles consider your foots shape, movements and pressures. The cost of these insoles is £40 – £50.
